Which is more effective for weight loss, riding a stationary bike or walking with light weights?

weight loss
Cassandra N asked:

I have been power walking a mile using 2 pound weights, and I have incorporated some kicking, and knee lifts while doing the mile, but I have recently gotten an exercise bike and have been doing a few miles on that. My question is which exercise is more effective for long-term weight loss, and toning?

The stationary bike unless you pedal like lance armstrong.
The stationary bike unless you more calories than the power walk plus weights in combo with the power walk plus weights will help you pedal like lance armstrong.
The cardio mucle burns times more calories than the power walk plus weights in combo with the weights will help you pedal like lance armstrong.
